All bookings made on appfrod.co.uk through our integrated Bookteq system are subject to this policy.
General Booking Terms
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and must comply with the operational rules of App Frod Sports & Social Club. Bookings grant the customer the right to use the selected facility for the duration specified, provided that all venue rules, safety requirements, and payment obligations are met. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or cancel bookings where necessary for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
By making a booking, you agree to follow all rules below.
1. Making a Booking
1.1 Online Booking System
All facility bookings must be made through our online booking system powered by Bookteq.
You must:

Pay any required fees at the time of booking

1.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when:

Payment is successfully processed

You receive an official confirmation email from Bookteq or App Frod
If you do not receive confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed.
2. Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.

No cash payments are accepted for online bookings.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
3.1 Cancelling Your Booking
You may cancel your booking through your Bookteq customer portal.
Refund eligibility depends on our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which outlines time windows and refund rules.
3.2 Changing or Rescheduling a Booking
To amend a booking:

Amendments may not always be possible
3.3 Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you arrive late:

Your booking time cannot be extended beyond the original end time
If you do not attend your booking:

The session is forfeited

No refund will be issued
4. Booking Rejections

The facility is unavailable

There is a safety or maintenance issue

If a booking is rejected before payment is captured:

5. Venue Rules & Behaviour
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment:

All users must behave respectfully and responsibly.
We may refuse entry or remove any person who:

Damages property or equipment
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

Supervisors are fully responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety

Children must not enter restricted or staff-only areas
7. Equipment Use
7.1 Damage or Loss
You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking, including:

Damage to playing surfaces

Misuse of the facility
Charges may apply for repair or replacement.
7.2 Personal Equipment
You may use your own equipment but:

It is at your own risk

It must not damage the facility or create safety issues
App Frod is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
8. Weather-Related Disruptions
If weather affects your booking:

The venue may cancel or postpone your session

You will be notified as soon as possible

Refunds or rescheduling options will follow the Refund Policy
If you believe weather makes play unsafe, please contact us before attending.
9. Photography & CCTV
CCTV may be in operation for:

Crime prevention
Photography for promotional use will only be taken with appropriate permission.
10. Liability
App Frod is not responsible for:

Personal injuries caused by improper use of facilities

Loss or damage to personal property

Injuries resulting from ignoring safety rules
Nothing in this policy limits liability where prohibited by UK law.
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, and Bookteq processes booking data under their own privacy policy.
By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Booking Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
