Welcome to the Appleby Frodingham Fitness Club, serving the community since 1995. Operating under the authority of the App Frod Sports & Social Club, our goal is simple: to provide a high-quality environment where members can improve their health, strength, and overall wellbeing.

Rooted in the steelworks tradition of supporting employee welfare, the Fitness Club remains committed to offering accessible, effective fitness facilities to both members and the wider community.

Facilities

Our Fitness Club is located on the ground floor of the Brumby Hall Sports & Social Club on Ashby Road, Scunthorpe.
The suite is fully equipped for strength training, cardio fitness, and overall conditioning.

Membership (2025/26)

We offer fantastic value memberships designed to meet the needs of individuals and families:

• Individual: £125.00

• Joint (Member + spouse/partner): £180.00

• Junior (18+, full-time education): £50.00

Membership is currently capped at 135 members to maintain a comfortable training environment.
A waiting list system is in place.
