Welcome to the Appleby Frodingham Squash Club, home to a thriving community of squash players in North Lincolnshire. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned competitor, our club offers excellent facilities, friendly members, and plenty of opportunities to get involved.

 

Facilities

 

Our club features four high-quality courts, all professionally maintained to ensure the best possible playing experience. We also have a small gym upstairs, ideal for warming up or improving your fitness between games.

 

Pay & Play

 

Looking to drop in for a casual game?
We offer Pay & Play sessions for £6.00 per 45 minutes, with a £5.00 refundable deposit. Available weekdays between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Perfect for players who want flexibility without a full membership.

 

Club Features

 

  • Online Booking System – easy and convenient court reservations.

  • On-Site Shop – selling squash rackets, balls, and accessories.

  • Fitness Class – every Monday at 6:15 PM, open to all fitness levels.

  • Competitive Play – take part in internal leagues and Cup competitions across Hull, Yorkshire, and Grimsby.

Member celebrating drum draw

Are you in the drum draw yet?

The App Frod Sports and Social Club Drum Draw was launched in 1962 and is open to all members. All money raised from the Drum Draw goes into providing and enhancing App Frod's sports and leisure facilities to be used by our members and the local community.

Each month's prizes range from GBP 50 to GBP 10,000.

Draws are held monthly, with a special £50,000 first prize at Christmas. Winners are notified in writing, and results are published on our Facebook page.
