These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website appfrod.co.uk (“Site”) and any services provided through it, including facility bookings made using our embedded Bookteq booking system.

Use of Our Services

By using our website and booking services, you agree to act in accordance with all applicable laws and the operational guidelines set by App Frod Sports & Social Club. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Site does not disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to any part of the Site or its features if necessary to maintain safety, security, or operational efficiency.

All facility bookings made through our website are processed using Bookteq, a third-party booking system.

3.1 Booking Agreement

When you make a booking using Bookteq:

• You enter into a direct agreement with App Frod for facility use

• You agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and safety requirements

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment (if required) has been successfully processed and a confirmation email is received

3.2 Payment & Fees

• Payments may be processed by Bookteq or by Bookteq’s selected payment provider.

• You must pay any applicable fees at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows (customise if needed):

• Cancellations made 24 or 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

If App Frod is required to cancel your booking (e.g., maintenance, weather, staffing issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.4 Conduct & Safety

When using our facilities, you must:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

• Use equipment responsibly and safely

• Not engage in abusive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove individuals who breach these rules without refund.

4. Accounts & Registration

Some features (e.g., booking management) may require an account with Bookteq.

You must:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login credentials safe

• Notify Bookteq immediately of any unauthorised use

We are not responsible for issues arising from lost or compromised login details.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services, including:

• Bookteq for bookings

• Payment processors selected by Bookteq

• Google services such as Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Maps, or Fonts (if used)

These services have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content, performance, or security of third-party sites or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, images, text, graphics, layout, and design—belongs to App Frod or its licensors.

You must not:
